Seriously, it's been evaluated by a test group including up to six members of my family and a friend who was sort of hungry when the soup was ready.   In the Spotlight How to Make the Best Soup Ever So I'm excited about these tips, since I think they can only help me maintain my soup superiority. For example, this is a new one on me: "Veal knuckles are best for making jellied stocks." I will tell you freely that I had never heard of veal knuckles until just now.
