From Jen Hubley, your About Today Editor
Passover starts at sunset on Monday, which means that there are five days left in which to obsess over desserts. That, by my calculation, is just enough time.

Perfect Parve Cake
The picture of this cake is making me want to eat my computer. It's also easy to make, which is good, because that frees you up to make additional treats.

Susie Fishbein's Lemon Meringue
Such as this awesome lemon meringue. As an added bonus, it's gluten free, which means that celiacs can eat it all year round.

Sweet Coconut Kugel
I'm pretty sure that the right kugel could bring about world peace. This recipe is definitely in the running. Also: dairy-free, soy-free, and egg-full.

Brownies With Banana Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce
Brownies are always the right choice, for any dessert, on any holiday, ever.
