From Jen Hubley, your About Today Editor
My Mom makes the best corned beef and cabbage in the world. I know this, because I'll actually eat corned beef and cabbage when she makes it. (Things you never hear: "Be good, kids, or no cabbage for you!")

Classic Corned Beef and Cabbage Recipes
This is pretty much the version my Mom makes. I would like to point out that this contains both potatoes and stout. That might be why I don't notice the cabbage so much.

Irish-American Recipes for St. Patrick's Day and Beyond

Recipes for St. Patrick's Day
From Irish breakfast to side dishes to chocolate orange Guinness cake, this list has every recipe you'll need to have a delicious St. Pat's.
