From Jen Hubley, your About Today Editor
As if it wasn't hard enough to find hours in the day, this Sunday, we'll have one fewer. That's right, it's Daylight Saving Time again, and the alarm clocks all across the nation are preparing to do us wrong come Monday morning.

Daylight Saving Time Begins
No matter how hard I try, I cannot make myself say "Daylight Saving Time." It always comes as "Savings." This is because my speech never advanced past the second grade. ("Fine! I didn't want to wake up on time ANYWAYS.")

The Dangers of Daylight Saving Time
Annoying, yes - but dangerous? Well, sort of. The real danger is that when your clocks spring forward, you'll decide to go without that extra hour of sleep and become accident prone.

How to Take a Power Nap
Most of us don't really have a choice, of course. I mean, if you could sleep in, you would. In fact, you'd probably be sleeping instead of reading this newsletter right now. (Don't do that.) The good news is that you can make up some of the deficit with a power nap.

How to Manage Your Time
When you have less time, you need to use what you've got more efficiently.
