In the past few years, I've been to weddings of every type and description. I've attended morning weddings at City Hall, afternoon weddings at horse farms, and evening weddings at swanky lofts. I've seen brides dressed in everything from a gown that costs more than my rent to what really might have been a shower curtain.

Here's something you can do to help out the happy couple: Wear something appropriate. Do not, for example, wear a track suit to a formal wedding. (I saw this happen some years ago. It was almost amazing, it was so bad.)
