From Jen Hubley, your About Today Editor
About once a year, I get sick of our five busted electrical outlets and decide to fix them myself. This will, I decide, save us oodles of cash and prove once and for all that the only difference between me and Laura Ingalls Wilder is that I have better accessories.

Readers Respond: "The Day I Shocked Myself"
Or better yet, I can just remember what I'm trying to avoid: "Wait. It gets better. Not only did I receive a shock, but because I could not really believe that sticking the prong of a fork into a receptacle could deliver such a shock, I did it again." So no forks. Now I know.
