I had an exercise plan. It was a good plan, and it would have worked, except for one thing: I hate exercise. It combines most of my least favorite things: sweating, wearing stupid clothes, and getting advice from people I don't know.

The first item on this list - "Annoying People at the Gym" - could also be called "Grunters." My friends, that weight is just not that heavy. And if it is, perhaps you should put it down and not pick it back up again.
