Sometimes I look around my house and think, "I could clean. Or I could just move." This is because I am lazy, and also because it's so hard to know where to begin cleaning up.

30 Thirty-Second Chores
The trick, as always, is to start with the little things. Emptying that overflowing trash can, for example, only takes 30 seconds and improves the feng shui of my kitchen immediately.

9 Tips for Speed Cleaning
I love this tip: Pump up the music. I am pretty much incapable of cleaning without a soundtrack. I like to think of it as the soundtrack to my home's makeover montage.

15-Minute Cleanups for Every Room
Once I do the 30-second chores and fool myself into cleaning, I can sometimes persuade myself to go the whole 15 minutes and make a room presentable to company. That, however, is my final offer.

Shortcuts for 10 Household Chores
Nowhere in here will you find, "Dust shelves with shirtsleeve. Shake vigorously to clean arm." You'll have to wait til I pen my definitive treatise on cleaning for the lazy to get tips like that.
