From Jen Hubley, your About Today Editor
Half of my friends are locked in their kitchens today, preparing for Rosh Hashanah, whipping up brisket and kugel and making me wish I were among the Chosen People.

Rosh Hashanah Food Customs
I'm less envious, however, of folks who are preparing a feast for a big bunch of people. This is always potentially stressful, on a holiday or any other time.

Traditional Rosh Hashanah Menus and Recipes
The challenge is to satisfy the wide spectrum of tastes at the table and not drive yourself crazy or wreck your home in the process.

How to Cook for a Crowd
The only thing I like about cooking for large bunches of people is that there's always something to worry about. It's not a holiday unless you can engage in your favorite hobbies, and as mine are eating and worrying, I'm usually all set.

Recipe: Rosh Hashanah Honey Cake
By the time this honey cake rolls out, you'll have earned a treat. Shanah tovah!
