A few months back, I started getting the funniest rash. As a pale lady with sensitive skin, this was nothing unusual. What was unusual was the pattern of bites: two, three little hives in a row, and only where my pajamas weren't.

Eventually, I caught on. Those three bites in a row? Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My rash? A reaction to bedbug bites.

Why Are Bedbugs Making a Comeback?
It took us a month to get rid of the little buggers, and I still have nightmares. Every poppy seed and piece of lint looks like a bug.

Why Is It So Hard to Get Rid of Bedbugs
To make matters worse, I was the only one who reacted to the bites. My fiance could go to sleep in a tank of bedbugs, while gargling bees, and rubbing cat hair in his eyeballs, and he wouldn't have a reaction.

The good news is, I now know how to clean every single thing in our home, including drapes, quilts, and pillows.
