If I ever have a chance to walk a red carpet, I will not try to be the best-dressed woman there. That lady? Gets about a centimeter of print. The goal, I believe, is to dress as bizarrely as possible. Then no one will ever stop talking about you.

The Worst Display of Cleavage Award definitely went to Mariah Carey. As our expert says, "I would love to take up a collection to buy Mariah Carey a dress that fits." Of course, if she did get such a dress, we wouldn't be talking about her today.
