This year, I've decided - somewhat unoriginally - to get in shape. This is different from my usual New Year's plan, because I'm not focusing on weight loss. No, I'm actually thinking about my health. This means that I'm getting old, and am embarking on my exercise plan just in time.

Usually when I decide to get in shape, I try to con myself into going to the gym five times a week. This usually lasts, oh, half a week. The lesson here? Find something you actually like to do, if you want to stick with the program.
