While a chunky ankle boot looks great with an above-the-knee skirt, it looks clunky with a mid-calf length skirt.  While daughter Chelsea Clinton's Vera Wang wedding dress has drawn the most attention, I think Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's green print caftan was the most ground breaking. The floor-length dress -- which featured a v-neck and dolman sleeves -- was a huge departure for Hillary. I've become so accustomed to seeing her in frumpy pantsuits (and almost always in solids) that it was a bit of a shocker to see her in something so flowing, so printed, and so -- well -- feminine.
