When it comes to miracle cancer prevention products, I'm a skeptic. My feeling is, if product X prevented cancer so efficiently, wouldn't my doctor tell me to take it/eat it/dump it on my head?

That said, I'm not above giving antioxidants a try, or making my diet healthier in general. But does eating organic actually help? Or would any fruit and vegetable do?

When I buy organic, I buy it because certain fruits and veggies seem more delicious to me in their organically grown form. (Bananas, for example. Don't ask me why, but I feel like organic bananas are more delicious. And since I eat more bananas than Curious George, this is important to me.)

The most important thing is to wash your fruit and veggies before you eat them. However, I don't recommend using my old method, which was to slather them with dish washing detergent and then wonder why they taste soapy.
