In other cases -- like Uma Thurman who radically shifts from voluminous coverups to sheer looks -- it may be the result of Body Dysmorphic Disorder. What Exactly is Fashion Week? Twice a year buyers, journalists, stylists and celebrities descend on New York to attend Fashion Week. In just a few days, I'll be attending the Fall 2010 shows to see what collections designers will be showing for that season.
