Look at the calendar, and you might think it's a little late in the year for this newsletter. If so, I congratulate you: You are obviously not one of the 20 people who've messaged me lately (via IM, email, or passenger pigeon) to say that they are freezing.

Why are we so cold, when the mercury is on the way up? I think it's because we (or our landlords) have mostly shut off the heat. After all, it's almost March! Nearly spring! We should be warm by now.
